The words “Input signal is out of range” mean the resolution is beyond the receiving range of the monitor. You need to decrease the resolution setting.
No signal transmitting even tried with new cables. But it actually worked again later, is it working intermittently？
Please change it to a 3.0 USB interface first to see if the power supply is insufficient? Then check whether the computer recognizes the capture card normally? The capture card will not work properly when either of these two problems occurs.
How to fix this issue that its very choppy when i select 1080p in general but 720p works perfectly?
You need to lower the frame rate setting below 60 to get 1080p.
