Is it a Magsafe power bank?
No. The ring in the center of the power bank is Anti-Slip ring and has nothing to do with magnatic charging.
Is Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra compatible?
Yes. However due to the size of the device, it must be placed in the exact center for smooth charging.
Charging is very slow when wireless charging. Is it defective?
We recommend to use power bank with 27W or higher charger. The maximum output is 15W for wireless charging, and output may vary depending on the mobile/device brand.
