Two device names appear when Bluetooth pairing, which one should I connect to?

When Bluetooth pairing, if you see two device names, please select “Tribit XSound Plus 2” RATHER THAN the “LE-Tribit XSound Plus 2”.

Can this product pair with other models?

Currently, it can only be paired with either the StormBox Flow or StormBox 2, and it allows for up to two connections.

How can I maintain the sound quality of MaxSound Plus?

You can preserve the sound quality by using the MaxSound style EQ available in the TRIBIT App.

Is it possible to activate party mode?

Yes, party mode is supported, but only with two speakers. After successfully pairing the two speakers, press the team button to switch to party mode.

Can the original MaxSound Plus be connected to the XSound Plus 2?

No, this is not supported as the chips used in MaxSound are different.
