Auric A2 Cow Desi Ghee is crafted from A2 Milk of indigenous cows i.e. Gir, Sahiwal & Tharparkar which are not injected with hormones using the traditional Bilona Curd Churning process, keeping in mind Charaka Samhita’s suggestion of using A2 Ghee for the utmost functioning of sensory organs.
BILONA CURD CHURNING METHOD: Fresh A2 milk is set to curd. The curd is then churned slowly in two directions by hand and this method is called as bilona. The A2 butter is separated and heated to make Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee. Hence our Desi A2 Cow Ghee has perfect aroma and danedar texture.
LAB TESTED: Our Desi ghee is Lab Tested & certified by FSSAI, US FDA & International food safety standards. It is pure, preservative free and chemical free.
