What should I do if button does not work or findmy not work?

1. Please check whether the stylus pen is successfully connected to the iPad Bluetooth.

2. Restart the digital pencil if pairing fails.

The digital pencil is on but is not functioning?

Remove the pairing information for any Apple Pencil if connected to an iPad.

Why Wireless charging do not work?

This pen can not support Wireless charging, only supports Type-C charging.
