Product Description

A2 Desi Buffalo Ghee – Making Process
Hand Milking of Desi Buffaloes
Desi Buffaloes are milked by hand, only after their calves have been fed. Our Gwalas care deeply for the buffaloes and hold them sacred.

Overnight Curdle of Milk
Our ghee gains flavor as the milk naturally curdles overnight in earthen pots.

Churning in Bilona Method
The entire curds undergo bilateral churning using the traditional ‘Bilona’ method, ensuring both quality and consistency.

Clarifying Butter
The separated butter is clarified over a wood fire to produce Desi Buffalo Ghee, which is then bottled and shipped directly to you.

Rich, Buttery Flavor: Buffalo ghee boasts a distinct, slightly higher butterfat content than cow ghee, offering a luxurious taste. Traditionally Made (Bilona Method): Crafted using the time-honored Bilona method, ensuring purity and preserving the natural goodness of buffalo milk
A2 Milk: Made from A2 milk from buffaloes that haven’t been treated with growth hormones, for those seeking a more natural option. Extra High Smoke Point: Even higher smoke point than cow ghee, making it perfect for high-heat cooking like searing and deep frying.
Lactose & Casein-Free: Enjoy the benefits of ghee even with lactose or casein sensitivities. Rich in Vitamins & Nutrients: A good source of Vitamin A, K2, and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) for a nutritious dietary addition.
May Aid Digestion: Traditionally believed to support a healthy digestive system.
Gluten-Free & Paleo-Friendly: Fits perfectly into various dietary restrictions
