When we say chocolate, we mean “Real Chocolate” that we make bean-to-bar, not cheap ‘chocolate paste’ or commercial ‘dark compound’ or worse- chocolate flavour
No artifical sweeteners, no preservatives, soy free, no added flavour or color, no hidden mark
To sweeten this muesli we add Kakvi, which is the most unrefined form of sugar possible (and is even more nutritious than jaggery)
If you see a slightly grey coating on the muesli over time, don’t worry! Temperature variations can do that to pure chocolate. It’s what chefs call ‘Fat Bloom’. Just another perfection in real food!
